Hand and Stone

Erika was absolutely amazing!! Not only was this my first visit to hand and stone, but my first facial ever and she made the experience incredible. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about skin care and the quality of the facial was genuinely beyond my expectations. I never knew how amazing it would feel having my face rubbed and slathered with product for an hour but omg I never wanted it to end. Haha. I felt so refreshed afterwards and my skin is just glowing. I can’t wait to come back!

Karen is very knowledgeable and understands the issues that cause my pain. She is the best therapist I have used in quite some time. The front desk people are always professional.

She explained everything and did such a good job and my face has improved over the three months. I am very pleased with her knowledge.

Staff was very accommodating to the needs of my group of four. I had to replace a person as well as ensure my mother-in-law was able to have her choice of therapist (male or female) and did so with zero issue. I was discussing living quite a distance from this location but Bill was amazing (and very knowledgeable of membership plans) so I'm actually highly likely to return to this specific location and request Bill.
