The receptionists were friendly and very quick to have me signed in for my appt. My massage therapist was excellent!! She clearly was very experienced and I felt wonderful when I left !!!

My esthetician was great; they do always try to upsell me which is a bit frustrating. More so when they suggest a treatment without mentioning it costs extra, which happened twice. The website is also very weak..it’s hard to tell what $$ I have in my account, and the options aren’t thorough. I also don’t like how it lists a price but doesn’t consistently note that your membership will cover the service. It’s also hard to get an appt for a massage.

My esthetician was great very knowledgeable, I am very happy that I got her to do my chemical peel. I wasnt happy with the hand stone in ponte vedra. Franklin location is amazing and everyone that works there were great

TA Sandra does a great job. I always leave feeling relaxed. She pays attention to trouble spits and gives suggestions to help me relieve pain at home with exercises.

The massage was thorough and well done to address my problem areas. The table used was a nice warm temperature. Also, I didn’t have to wait.

Nick is an amazing massage therapist and takes a lot of time listening to my needs. The peppermint scalp massage was really helpful, and the receptionist did a great job explaining the benefits of CBD massage and booking my next visit. Always a great experience!

It’s all about therapist. She is really good, and though one massage is not enough, I walk away feeling much better.
