Hand and Stone

It seems absurd to me that hand and stone would want to charge these dumb prices for aromatherapy. Essential oils do not cost nearly as much as what you make it out to be with this markup for upselling aromatherapy. When I go to a spa of any sort I expect aromatherapy as just the base to the environment overall. When I walk in to the front I want to smell a spa. Okay, so skip the smelling like a spa when you enter and let's just focus on my room and the experience within it, it also doesn't smell like a spa and even if you elect for the aromatherapy add-on it's absurd to say the least. I can buy quality massage oils with aromatherapy if I wanted to for half the cost of just your step up to aromatherapy. It's truly completely idiotic to me that you charge for something as simple as around therapy as an option and if you don't get it the product that you use instead doesn't smell very good at all not even neutral, for that alone aromatherapy should be something that's given like any real spa versus you and massage envy type of massage factories.

Alyssa is amazing! It was by far one of the most peaceful facials. My skin felt amazing afterwards.

Excellent massage by an excellent therapist.

The therapist is skilled at massage technique. My objectives for the seesion were achieved. The muscles were relaxed and aches were dispersed by the end of session.

Bill is great and it is always super clean. My only complaint is that you no longer have the every other month option. I can't get in often enough to do every month. If I am paying $120 (the single massage fee), I would prefer a nicer spa (Woodhouse).

Stephanie goes above and beyond during my facial. I have some allergy challenges and she always works well with me. She gives explanations and recommendations for my self care. I always know that I am in great hands and have full confidence in her feedback. I feel blessed to have Stephanie as my esthetician and look forward to our monthly visit.
