always a relaxing experience, staff are friendly, i originally started here 2 yrs ago as a gift from my Son and Daughter in Law. When a H & S open close to home (2mi), i was excited and switched however, I returned after 4 messages to Howell better customer service and professionalism, definitely worth the 15 min drive.

My esthetician always offers me different facial options after looking at my skin. She makes sure that what we do reflects what my skin needs in that moment. She always keeps me updated about sales on products she knows I use.

Jay is magical! His massages are always the best, most relaxing, and pain relieving. He always just knows where the pain is before I even tell him. Jess at the front desk was extremely helpful, informative and polite.
