The cleanliness of the whole place. The friendly atmosphere. My esthetician was so lovely from telling me what she was doing but in a low voice ( I always request a more quiet session) and the quality of the facial was superb!!

Jay always takes the time to ask if there are areas that need to be focused on. He is incredibly knowledgeable and such a kind, caring person. Jay is the reason that I have continued with my membership.

The decor and cleanliness of the reception area is wonderful. I have been going to the Howell location for over a year now and will continue to go to this location. I have even purchased a membership for my family member and they are actually satisfied as well. My massage therapist is great, although I have not had another therapist. I choose to not go to a different one because of my satisfaction with the one I currently have.
