I have been to Heather twice now for a facial. She is so friendly and welcoming, and truly makes the experience relaxing. She has a lot of knowledge on the products and knew exactly what I needed. I love that she is not pushy when it comes to products. I also called on my way down to let the spa know I was running about 5 minutes late due to traffic and an unexpected detour. I was not given a problem and told they would push my time back for me which I really appreciated. Everyone I have met at this location is beyond pleasant and this is why I come to this location rather than the one 5 minutes from my house.

I make appointments to relieve pain and I usually have good luck meeting that goal. The therapists are responsive to my needs and address the areas I need help with.

My facial was great but the front desk ignored me for a full 10 minutes when I arrived. I understand they may have been busy doing other things but a quick hello we will be right with you would be fine not just acting as if I wasn’t even there!

Massage therapist Samantha is excellent. So happy I switched to her. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, targets the pain sites and she also makes the massage relaxing. Look forward to every massage. Prices for the massages are a little bit too high. I wish they did not raise the prices. Also the massage extras are a little bit high also and that's the reason I usually don't add any extras. Receptionist staff is always excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to help you. Very happy with hand and stone in Howell.
