She is very professional, friendly, and caring throughout the appointment and always makes my comfort and satisfaction paramount. The facility is clean, welcoming, and friendly. I alsways enjoy and look forward to my appointments.

I always have a lovely experience with the front desk when I walk in for my appointment. Nick was so great, I felt so relaxed and even fell asleep for a second. Checking out and booking my next appointment is always so easy. I've had terrible experiences at other Hand and Stone locations and that's why I drive an hour to the Howell location.

My esthetician was extremely excellent. She explain each procedure while making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She also was very clear and detailed regarding which products I should use to begin a healthy skin regimen.
