Relaxing as soon as I enter the reception area. The music was relaxing and calming. The therapist was checking in periodically to see how I was feeling.

Laura who scheduled me in the front was amazing, so was Kat the manager when I talked to her and My massage therapist and esthetician, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Caroline is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and talks through the entire process. I’m glad she offers a variety of hours during the week but I always prefer weekends.

The tech is excellent well knowledged and very professional. The cryo- treatment does not show extreme results.. even with diet and exercise. Expect minimal fat loss.
