Hand and stone was extremely clean. My massage therapist was very kind and informative. The experience was very relaxing and satisfying. The room was relaxing. My massage therapist asked me questions before I began, made me feel comfortable

Overall, it was a great experience. Wait times were short and the entire facility was clean and welcoming. While the availability of open appointment times was not great, I was still happy with the quality of my massage. I even ended up purchasing a monthly membership because of my most recent visit.

The therapist is great and very knowledgeable. Hand and stone is always clean and the staff is always accommodating. I have been a member for years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Loved the comfort and ambience of the waiting area. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and accommodating. The massage therapist was friendly and did an excellent job. She listened to what I said I wanted and she did exactly that.

I was late due to a road closure/detour. Staff and therapist accommodated me, shortened service but I’m satisfied

The staff are all very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jen does a wonderful job with my facials and my skin has improved so much.
