Excellent therapists. Helpful receptionists. Very clean and attractive surroundings. Availability is dictated by how busy you guys are but good for you!!!

They charged me five times for 74.58 for a service I never had done they charged me $25 to get my eyebrows waxed and $12 to get my lip wax and then charged me another $74.58 I have no clue what all these charges are for and when I tried to get the money back they told me there was no one there that can help me horrible service and the same thing happened to year ago

Danielle is an excellent aesthetician. She is kind and professional. She knows what she is doing and makes it the best experience ever. I recommend her to everyone. I wish she worked there full time!!

Carole has been providing services for me at the Howell Hand & Stone for a little while now and she has been excellent at listening and providing relaxation and therapeutic massage for me.

The atmosphere is amazing. I feel relaxed as soon as I walk in. The rooms are clean, and the staff is always soooo nice. I look forward to my appts and would make them every day if I could!

The service was great, and everyone is very friendly. I do have issues with the online booking system; it consistently shows the wrong times available when I try to book an appointment, which is why I've had to book over the phone the last few times. Otherwise, I couldn't be more satisfied unless you decided to make my membership free. :)

Jen is always friendly and professional. My skin always looks much better after my facial.
