Jen is GREAT!! I see her every month. She is VERY accommodating to my schedule.

All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone made you feel comfortable. The environment is calm and relaxing.

The esthetician, Allie was friendly and explained what she was doing and why. The girl who checked me out was very knowledgeable and explained options I had for joining again. She made me feel like a valued client.

I am satisfied with the service, Carol is a excellent therapist, the only thing I and disappointed about is your paying for a hour and getting 50 minutes and they say the 10 minutes is for changing sheets and so on so then why is a 120 minute only 100 minutes, your not stopping at 50 then starting again , the girl at the desk told me that's why they don't like doing 120 minutes, not a good answer

Very relaxing atmosphere and my esthetician Taylor was so knowledgeable and did an excellent facial.

They had to cancel my massage that I really wanted, but then they gave me $20 off although I wasn’t happy with a facial instead of a massage. I was happy that at least they recognized that and try to make me happy. I was happy they were very on time.
