I like the service. I also liked getting water afterwards. I liked salt message and music. Birds chirping always helpful in mind relaxation.

Ninnete spent detailed time helping through my skin concerns and gave good product recommendations.

Fantastic massage therapist and massage. Really got to my pain and stress areas. Wonderful receptionist. Inviting, clean, and calming rooms including reception.

David is very good & knows how to work out my kinks.

Ninette introduced herself, asked if I had an issues (no), spoke at the beginning when she recommended an additional treatment (moisterizing), was gentle during my facial, gave my neck and shoulders an excellent massage, and spoke again was the treatment was finished - thoroughly relaxing facial.

I love Hand and Stone Olney! Lenny is super sweet and does a great job making sure my skin looks fantastic after my facial. She remembers me and makes sure to ask about my life outside of my appointment. Reception is always friendly and helpful. I always leave feeling like I've had a mini-vacation!

My experience at Hand and Stone was great. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful. I was taken back to my appointment almost immediately. My massage therapist was kind, thoughtful, and made sure to ask me about my pain points or where she should focus the massage that day. I left feeling relaxed and grateful that she was able to provide the pressure I needed on those sore spots.

i love Hand and Stone and have been a member for about 10 years both here and in California . This spa is close to home and convenient. Thanks for making it so.

When I go in there Amanda always asks what area needs extra attention at this appointment. And she always gives that extra attention without taking away from other areas. Also the next time I come in she always asks if we need to work that area again. Here customer service is so good. I look forward each month to my 90 minutes.

I love Lenny. Have been coming to her for a while now and she knows my skin and my concerns. Reception staff is very friendly and helps me book my next appointment, was able to answer all of my questions. I do not like the online booking system. I will be only making my appointments in person (after my appointments) or over the phone.
