Front staff very friendly. Massage was as expected.

The therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby and room were clean and conducive for the massage experience. Front desk people were very helpful.

Everything about the visit was pleasant with the exception of spending almost $200 for an hour massage and tip which is a bit extreme. Also the fact that the massage therapist did not have any availability for almost 3 weeks.

The honesty and accuracy of the therapist in identifying and addressing my target areas. She spent the majority of time on the areas I said should be the focus, but saved time at the end to make sure that the rest of my body still felt relaxed.

I was wait-listed and received a call a few days later for a more convenient date/time. Receptionist on day of massage was very friendly and helpful. Hellen gave me a great massage and focused on the areas I asked. She is very experienced and detail oriented which made for a pleasurable experience.
