The massage from David was spot on and incredibly relaxing. David listened to the areas I wanted to target and worked on all of them. I left feeling wonderful.

I was not aware of the cost of Himalayan salt add in and was shocked at check out but realized it wa a my fault for not inquiring first. I had seen a note that there was a promo for add ins and realized afterwards when I paid that this is for March. Do feel that the prices have increased dramatically since when Onfoest joined

The staff is always wonderful, and the reception area is very comfortable. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and good at pinpointing my trouble spots.

My experience for this facial was very good. Lenny was very pleasant addressing any questions I and had a calm voice during my treatment. She offered looking with me for any products I might need, but I did not need any. Two concerns were: 1. The appointment started about 13 minutes late and no one explaining anything during my wait (however, I did get my full time in) 2. As a member I thought the Classical Facial was $59.99 but was charges $69.99. (I was applied 4,000 points for the "Experience Facial"(?) - cant' remember the name so that I did not have to pay the extra $20)

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The value is great and receptionists ability to answer and recommend services was great. I was able to upgrade my massage this time and added hot stone to the next massage appointment. I am able to choose the massage therapist and the time easily. I have a facial scheduled in 2 days.

Kendra did a great job on my face. I was very relaxed. My face looks and feels good.

The therapist was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. The front desk also made me feel welcome. It is a convenient drive from my home.

The massage therapist, David, asked for any specific and/or painful areas I want him to work on. He asked how the pressure of the massage was and at the end makes sure that the spot worked on feels better. Massage is very good, excellent, and he is very soft spoken and quiet during the session.
