Amanda is an excellent massage therapist. She really helps to relieve the tension in my back muscles. She is also very considerate and friendly.

Kenny is a highly skilled masseuse who can get any knot out of your muscles. He has exceptional training never gives the same massage. I go to see him every two weeks which, along with 3 weekly classes at FitnessFirst keeps my body in good shape!
