I had a very good experience while getting a facial. The receptionist was nice and friendly. The esthetician was very knowledgeable about facials she did a great job addressing my areas of concern. She gave me a shoulder massage that I really needed. I will return soon. The reception area is always decorated for a holiday and looks very festive.

I had a very short wait for my therapist. He was knowledgeable. He maintained medium pressure as I had requested.

The massage was wonderful. What isn't wonderful is my appointments continuously getting cancelled because people keep quitting it going on medical leave. You wait too long to notify me and then have so few appointments on the weekends that I have to wait another month to come in. I pay for a massage every month. I should be able to have one every month.
