I had been trying for months to get an appointment and finally got one! They were friendly and clean!

My massage was fabulous. When I tried to check out the person at the desk chose another customer behind me and she had an issue with her gift card that had no value. While she researched the problem I was completely ignored. After 10 minutes she noticed me. I told her I was checking out and told me to wait. I did for another 10 minutes. It took 22 minutes for me to check out of my appointment. I was late for my next appointment. Can you teach the receptionist to multi task? Many thanks
