The person who did my facial was very welcoming and made me comfortable. She didn’t pressure me to do more than what I had signed up to do. She explained things she was going to do. Very relaxing.

The staff is very friendly and tries to accomodate my hectic schedule. I was put on the waiting list for cancellations and was actually called. Thank you

I'm a repeat customer. Receptionist Bryn very friendly, Helen gave a great massage, she focused on my trouble spots and gave an effective massage to other areas too. The location is very convenient for me.

The receptionist and massage therapist at the Olney Hand and Stone were lovely. Customer service is rare these days, and both of them went above and beyond. The only reason I probably won't be returning to Hand and Stone is simply due to that massages are not in my budget...hopefully someday ;)

Carla recommended a collagen facial to address my dryness. The facial was relaxing and I was pleased how my face looked.

Helen is a friendly and competent therapist. She applies the right amount of pressure and allows for both muscle relief and overall relaxation. She constantly checks with you to see if the pressure is okay. I always leave a massage with her feeling relaxed!

Good customer service, excellent masseuse. Reception area was ok. Massage room felt a bit worn out, but overall a good experience.
