Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to get resolution on my membership status and that really made a difference in me keeping my membership.

I love Hand and Stone Olney! The reception staff understand my need to be seen quickly and do all they can to always get me seen quickly. All of the massage therapists are terrific and do a great job. They care about me and do all they can to help me to feel better!

It was my first massage ever and I was totally loving it. My massage therapist Marisol was awesome and I can't wait to go back to her.
