The esthetician asked me questions about my health and comfort and listened to my answers. She was engaged with me. She made accommodations to fit my needs.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The esthetician was knowledgeable and explained the process well. Wiki was cheerful as well. Great job!

The Olney Hand & Stone front desk staff are so polite, always give you updates or offer to help you to book the next appointment while you are waiting, and ensure that your experience was nothing less than perfect while you are checking out. David is just amazing! He constantly asks if there are any promblem areas that need to be addressed and is full of knowledge when it comes down to the problem areas and what may be causing it.
