The service was great!

From the minute I walked in I felt comfortable. It was my first time there as a new member. The receptionist, the massage therapist and the entire place were amazing.

The massage was with Marisol was wonderful. I previously had a massage with another masseuse at this location and was underwhelmed. Marisol changed that COMPLETELY - she knew what she was doing and I felt great afterwards.

I’m very satisfied with Hand & Stone services. Very professional and you don’t have to seat to waiting. They attend you on time .

I cancelled my membership because after almost a year, and after trying almost every massage therapist, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the deep tissue massages. Either they were glorified swedish massages with slightly more pressure, or (in Sarah's case), good but very difficult to book with my schedule. I'm very sad that I discovered Tom *after* cancelling my membership, because his was the best massage I have ever had, hands down (pun intended). That being said, considering how many different therapists I tried, I would not recommend anyone get a membership here.

Helen is the LMT I request if available. It is a combination of Swedish and acupressure techniques. You will be a little sore the next day but not overly. They next day, my muscles feel so much more relaxed.

The therapist asked questions before beginning the massage to know the areas to focus on. The receptionist was friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. The relaxation of the massage room.

I love massages and facials and have had many all over the world. Hand and Stone had offered me consistently good experiences with nice, knowledgeable masseuses and aestheticians. I’m happy to treat myself to this experience monthly!!

I like H&S because the location (actually any of the several I have been to) are clean, well organized, and calming. The services offered are clear and the staff is pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. Ive never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. The therapists I have had have all been accommodating and asked questions about what I might want or need. Everything was above the board and safeguards are obvious and highlighted.

Bo was timely and friendly. She examined my skin to determine any concern areas.
