The front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The facial with Julie was amazing!!!! She is very caring, knows her products and has a great touch!

Scarlet is the best, she is very kind, knowledgeable and a great technician.

Sofia is excellent at her skills as a massage therapist. She addressed all my areas of concern as my regular massage therapist Charlotte who I was not able to get in with on short notice.

There is just not enough words to tell you how well Eugene gives a massage!! Every time that I come out of there, I have such a relief in my lower back and my glutes, he is just absolutely exceptional!! I did have a facial also this time and she was great very knowledgeable very nice and friendly knew what she was doing and offered products, I think her name was Jen!

The front office / reception staff has shown improvement as of late and seems of higher quality than has been in the last couple of years. The newer employees in the reception area seem more professional and wanting to be of service to the customers than previous employees. It feels like this location is improving & being more the way it was when it first opened. It is a welcome difference than how it was headed when they were hiring inexperienced younger front staff with tattoos, facial piercings, and unkept hair styles.

My massage therapist does a good job and is knowledgeable about the craft which makes me stay with hand and stone.
