Everything about Hand and Stone is very nice. People are friendly and helpful. The therapist was interested in what I wanted and attended to my request.

Both of the employees that I met with were absolutely amazing! Eileen and Racheal!! I see Eileen routinely,y and she is super sweet! My first time with Racheal was one to remember; she left me glowing after my facial.

My massage therapist is a trained physical therapist who understands exactly what my problem areas need addressing. I am very pleased with her skills. In fact, all my massage therapists that I have had are excellent.

Karen is a great esthetician and knows what the skin needs. I needed a pampering experience and that’s totally what I got. I love Karen and will continue to been with her in the future.

The massage was exactly what I needed that day. Tristan really worked on the areas that were bothering me. He is very professional and his massage is very relaxing. He also works very well on areas of concern.

I am currently dissatisfied to learn that Oliver, my massage therapist, is on extended leave for personal reasons. He is the BEST! I am not happy to hear this, I was in yesterday and no one said anything to me. After feeling relieved to get back to my monthly massages with Oliver after near 5 months this is very disturbing to me. I encountered this situation back in May just after my appt. with Oliver. I was notified that he was off for the summer. I had just got all my appointments set with Novina, who was the manager at that time. I just learn today, that Novina is not longer the manager. Lisa, the new manager, was not helpful during this the previous transition with Oliver leaving or the new pay rate. Novina worked everything out, Oliver was back, my appointments set through December and now here I go again without Oliver. I tried two other massage therapist, who did not have quality deep tissue skills. One was more of a mechanical massage. I am concerned about the energy it will take to work this out again, and do not want to waste my money on a basic massage. I am not sure if there are any other massage therapists are knowledgeable about deep tissue massage.
