Taryn was able to help relive the shoulder pain I have. Overall the room is comfortable in temperature and ambience. Kind and friendly staff at the reception desk and in phone.

The lady that did my faical was very nice and accommodating to what I needed. She focused on different things I asked for since I had prom the next day. She made sure my face didn't swell and I had a very glowy look the next day for my prom.

The staff are always friendly and speak in a calm relaxing tone which sets a mood of relaxation. Eugene is always professional and request him when I go because he skilled and knowledgeable, but doesn’t overwhelm my visit with too many words.
