I was welcomed when I entered the spa. I didn’t wait long for my appointment. The service helped me relax and remove the pain I was feeling.

I’ve been going to Hand & Stone for several years and I have been very pleased with the the service and value that they offer.

Polite and knowledgeable

Julie listens to what I want, and then she will suggest if I should need anything else after she evaluates me. She is never pushy, and explains the prices to me so there are no surprises. The only thing is I don’t need to know about the emergency button, I hear it everytime and also in any correspondence that is sent out.

Niki has always been so thorough in her assessment of my skin. She makes sure to explain to me treatments and why she thinks they would benefit me. The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming. I always have a lovely experience

I recently began my membership for facials, I have had 4 Neveskin facials with Deb so far and she has been wonderful. The front desk staff is also so friendly and helpful every time I visit. I have recommended this spa to several friends.
