Julie is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and always explains everything and always personalizes everything to my specific needs. Also always has helpful product recommendations but isnt pushy. I absolutely love it and wish i could come more often!

The receptionist was extremely helpful with locating my points and packages, as well as guiding me through changing my email associated with the account. She was also very kind and offered me a heated neck wrap while I waited for my appointment. The esthetician I worked with was excellent and my skin looks great!
