I love coming, the staff working is always so friendly, they make you feel like family. Karen is an amazing massage therapist. She listens to me and makes adjustments when i ask.

Love hand and stone and all the therapists and receptionists but disappointed there is never any availability and you need to book months in advance.

Friendliness and prompt greetings of the receptionist during check-in. Relaxing waiting area with faux fireplace and water dispenser. Massage rooms with heated beds, dimmed lights, faux flickering candles lighting the hallways. Massage therapist's knowledge and good pressure points to relieve pain. Massage therapist's greeting with a glass of water outside massage room door after the session.

I felt very comfortable in the waiting room and facial room. The staff wanted me to relax and enjoy. I like the calm atmosphere. I left feeling better.

Cherese is amazing!! I actually visit both Stony Brook and Smithtown and Stony Brook is my preferred location. I would go here always if they had more massage availability.
