The ambiance and the mood were so refreshing! The girls at the reception desk were so sweet and knowledgeable about services, not like when i booked my apt. I love John hes excellent and i leave highly relaxed and feeling amazing!

I was able to receive an appointment right away. I didn't have to wait long for massage once I arrived and received a warm neck wrap. Monica gave a great massage!

Michelle my estetician is the best, her knowledge and skill are why I keep coming back ! Madison was so helpful over the phone and the receptionists’ were so pleasant and helpful.

Everyone is super friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Happy to answer any questions you have. Everyone contributes to a relaxing and calming environment

My masseuse, John, was extremely knowledgeable of my health issues and not only did he successfully ease the arthritic pain of my hands, but demonstrated how I can help relieve the pain when I am home. John was very concerned with my well being and I highly recommend his services.

I always enjoy my appointments with again. She makes skincare fun and informative and she has great suggestions for new products and treatments to try to meet my skin care goals. However, I’m disappointed to see the flavored water dispenser downgraded to just a pitcher of plain water. Seems like a budget cut and I routinely spend over the monthly membership cost on enhanced treatments. It’s a shame that the complimentary water service has been scaled back. It takes away from the spa experience and is not at all a reflection on Gabi.

Friendly and knowledgeable masseuse who ask questions about my aches locations and did his best to eradicate and / or lessen these aches.

Always love massages (and hair!) by Margaret - the receptionists are always so nice and accommodating. Will definitely continue to come monthly if not more!
