My massage therapist was not only extremely friendly, but very knowledgeable about massage techniques, the reason behind using certain methods to relieve pain, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Hands down the best massage I’ve had! Even from other H&S locations.

Lori was amazing. That was the best massage I have ever had there and probably anywhere! She will always be my masseuse of choice. My only dissatisfaction with hand and stone is I can never get an appointment unless it’s months out.
