The staff and therapist were exceptional. Loved the Dermalogica products. The massage room was very comfortable. Enjoyed my service.

The people at Hand and Stone make you feel like family when you walk in the door to check in. They are very good with any questions if not known will ask someone for an answer. The massages and facial are the best.

Many appointment times available for a facial. Estetician was competent and knowledgable. This was my first visit so there was a lot of paperwork which delayed me getting in to my treatment room. But that did not take away from my treatment time. I still got my full facial time. I'm hearing that massage times are not readily available and the first appointment I can get is September (now it's June).

I have had a different esthetician everytime I've gone for a facial and they've all been wonderful. I can't choose a favorite or least favorite. They're all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional

The receptionists are always super friendly during the check in process. I never have a long wait time; I usually am brought into the room within 5 minutes. Deb always does a really great job with my facial. I always leave feeling relaxed, and my skin feels smoother and refreshed.

The knowledge and expertise of John was amazing
