The staff behind the counter is most pleasant, smily and welcoming. Mariella is the best massage therapist I have ever had, and I have had several over the years. Erin does a great job at keeping my lip & chin hair free! I love it! Thank you.

I found Keri to be easy to interact with and attuned to my specific needs. She was the main reason for returning and will seek her services as I feel necessary.

My therapist was highly knowledgeable about how the body works, and what muscles were causing my pain and easy stretches I could do to help prevent future pain. He was very respectful and asked if it was okay to work on certain muscles before he did. He was very professional and was able to put me at ease.

Mariella is great at working out the aches and pains. She is why I still go to H&S. If it weren't for Mariella working there, I would probably worry more about the price as it is rather expensive to get an 80 minutes massage at Hand & Stone!
