We have a mix up on the time. I thought it was 10am and they said it was 11a.m However, when I came home, my card said 10am so it wasn't my fault. However the Receptionist was delightful and talked with me so that made the hour go by.

Esthetician Erin was very nice but after the treatment I saw no difference! Waste of my money and time!
