The facility is always clean and quiet. Staff is always friendly and remembers your name. Massages always start on time and the therapist always makes an effort to ensure your comfort.

Knowledgeable therapist - he worked specifically on my problem areas. He was very professional yet friendly. Hand and Stone is very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and it was a nice experience. I did sign up for a membership to do another service, however that second appointment will determine if I will continue. Things I look forward to seeing are, do you need an "upgrade" or "add on" to make it feel like a good facial and do they "product sell" me every time. I want a service that I can enjoy without paying more than my membership each month. While I like "adding" sometimes, for the most part the point that interests me in a membership vs. just a one time schedule and fee is I get to do it often, for a better value. However, if I need a add on to make me feel like it was worth the trip/time then its not for me.

Your receptionists have been very polite and helpful. Angela was very professional. I will definitely come back in for another visit.

Brooke did a good job working out stubborn knots in my back and legs. I was very relaxed with her for my second massage ever. The pressure she used was perfect for me (not too hard or soft).

The biggest issue is the frequency of staff turnover. Just as we find someone we really like, they're gone. Even the receptionists, we used to walk in and they knew our names which gives you an even greater enveloping feeling, like being somewhere safe. That hasn't been the case for a long time. Natashia, however, was absolutely wonderful, will definitely return for more facials with her.

I like to see Jessica S. She listens to me and doesn't try and talk through the massage. She remembers my trouble areas and that I do not like my neck touched. I like enjoying my massage to help with lower back pain and shoulder tension and with Jessica I do not need to worry about chatter and trying to massage my neck.

Samantha is outstanding. She listens to my needs and then has the knowledge to help the needs discussed. I love the hot towels after my massage. thes rooms are nice and cozy.
