I have had a membership at H&S for several years and have never been dissatisfied with the level of service or the facility. Crystal is wonderful, I can’t say enough how much I appreciate her demeanor. She is friendly and welcoming, kind and caring, and very professional and knowledgable. I have recommended her to others and those who have gone to see her have loved her, too. I think that the monthly membership is a good value. Without this option I would probably only visit a spa once or twice a year, if that. The only things that I don’t love are the prices on the products and that I have to fill out the forms every visit. I feel like it’s excessive for people that have memberships. Once a year, maybe.

Everything was lovely. Viva did a great job as always and I've already rescheduled with her for next month. I love the membership, it makes sure that I get a monthly massage!

Massage therapist was excellent. He is quiet and reserved, However, I can tell he really pays attention to the muscles during the massage. Staff was friendly.

I always enjoy going to Hand & Stone. Everyone was so friendly. Both my esthetician and massage therapist were amazing! I felt so relaxed during and after my visit. Can't wait to go back :)
