I needed a last minute appointment and was able to get in quickly. The massage itself was amazing and I felt 1,000% better when it was over. During the serivce the therapist did not talk the entire time but let me relax and nap in peace. The areas that I asked her to target were spot on and I felt competely relieved.

My massage therapist was double booked. The receptionist called me a few minutes before arriving and notified me. She offered me compensation and was very apologetic even though it was not her fault. She was professional and very polite.

I was able to fully relax as I had requested. The therapist was friendly and applied the right amount of pressure at the right times. I left feeling amazing.

I use the same 2 massage therapists and love them! They’re very knowledgeable and receptive to my aches and pains on any given visit. I always leave relaxed and feeling great.

Crystal gives the best facials. Friendly yet professional.

Crystal was very knowledgeable in product recommendations. She tried to get a basic idea of why I'm having certain skin issues and different ways we can work towards clearing them including products, diet and water intake.

The Manager Yvonne Sutherland is incredible and my therapist was awesome.

The ambiance and cleanliness of this Hand & Stone are superior. My therapist is fabulous and really knows how to help me with pain. I wish I would win the lottery because I'd be in there every day! :-) The one thing I would like to see is name tags on the personnel at the front reception area; there have been many changes since COVID and I hate to keep asking people their names.

Staff was friendly and professional. My massage therapist Beba was excellent, with a great personality and knowledgeable. The checkout process was easy.
