Had a great experience. I was able to get a same day appt. Tia was my therapist and she was amazing. She had great firm pressure (not everyone does!) and focused on my problem areas while avoiding an area that is sensitive to massages.

I enjoy coming to the Chino Hill Hand & Stone. The staff is always friendly. I only had one issue and that is a few months ago when my appointment was cancelled due to the massage therapist was out it. The office called me when I was ten minutes away. They did try to reschedule me later in the day but I had plans. I drive from Moreno Valley so 10min before my appointment time is not acceptable when customers have to give a 24hr notice if we need to cancel or reschedule. Other than that I love the Chino Hills Hand & Stone.

Appointment was scheduled on time and massage therapist addressed needs of focus on my shoulder. She also focus most of the appointment on the concentrated area
