Appointment was scheduled on time and massage therapist addressed needs of focus on my shoulder. She also focus most of the appointment on the concentrated area

My monthly facials are really helping my skin’s appearance and condition. It feels great to relax for an hour and get my facial every month. My esthetician, Alaisha, is wonderful. She is really great at looking & then knowing what my face needs for treatment. She is very kind, helpful and has educated me a lot on the process and dermalogica products that I now use.

Hand and Stone is always clean, warm and inviting. It smells good too! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The front desk does get busy bit I know that they try their best to accommodate everyone. I do think when you check in that they should let the clients know about any add-ons offered. Alaisha is a fabulous aesthetician.
