I always feel very relaxed after my appointment. Music is calming. I will say that the Chino Hills location shares a wall with a smoothie place and sometimes you can hear very loud mixer sounds through the wall. Overall, I have been a member for 4 years and don't plan to cancel anytime soon.

I have always had a great experience with this location. I moved so I am going to miss this place but they have always been extremely great in every way. I have had facials and massages and always 100% Satisfied!

Bleu was amazing and gave me the best facial I have ever had! It was above and beyond what I thought I would be getting, and my skin still looks amazing days after. Bleu’s knowledge of products is insane, and how she personalized the facial for my specific needs was amazing. It was the kind of facial I’ve always hoped for. Bleu extended my facial time because she didn’t have a customer after me, AND upgraded me with a great mask I totally needed. Plus she gave me nutrition advice, which has inspired me to eat mor healthy veggies. ☺️

Reception staff were very helpful and were able to accommodate my next 2 appts and changes to my acct. William, the therapist, is awesome and always asks about what areas I need attention to and always provides that. As an older client, the staff, especially William, never make me feel like I am older and not important.
