Danielle has been an amazing find in a massage therapist! I will not see anyone else now. I also enjoy getting facials from Alaisha. The Chino location is clean, friendly, and convenient.

My massage therapist was amazing, they focused on all my problem areas. The room was comfortable and I did not hear outside conversations or noise.

The location, friendliness and on time nature is excellent. My therapist has magic hands and is so kind. I always look forward to my next visit. I wish I could get an appointment sooner with my therapist but she is booked out.

Have suggested before that you provide toilet seat covers in the bathrooms. But still not provided. It's so hard to believe that a nice spa center would not provide toilet seat covers. Gross and non-hygienic actually.

I have been a faithful customer for about 5 years. Over the course of that time I was able to redeem points for an extended service or additional service. Now it's going to take three times longer to accumulate points for these upgrades. I will be evaluating the cost of keeping my membership in the next couple of visits as I explore other options on the market. I do love my esthetician, but she is also disheartened by the recent changes in the rewards program. Further more, I was not informed of the change. I would make the suggestion that all loyal customers prior to the rewards changes be grandfathered into the old point system.

All of the staff is super friendly and kind. The facilities are clean and the staff do a great job of providing a calm and relaxing environment. Alexis is a super knowledgeable massage therapist and makes me feel very comfortable.
