The lady who does my facial does a fantastic job. It is a relaxing hour. The environment is calm with the dim lighting and the type of music played in the rooms. I leave with my skin feeling healthy and hydrated.

Alaisha is great. So is Virginia. These are my two go-to gals. Very nice and professional. They do great work.

Excellent service, always on time. Warm, welcoming staff, ready to check me in and out with ease. Love my massage therapist and his attention areas that need extra time.

When I walk in, I'm always greeted with a smile. I have been going to this establishment in Chino Hills, CA since they opened and I feel like the staff is an extension of my family. They are so helpful and kind. I always receive my facials from Aleshia and she is most definitely an expert in her field. I only go to her. She has never steered me wrong in my efforts to keep my face fresh and breakout free. I feel that management does a wonderful job hiring the appropriate staff that care about what they do. I do not see myself leaving here anytime soon and that is because of the wonderful attention and care I receive from this location.

Firstly, hand and stone has so many great and knowledgeable massage therapists available. Secondly, they have so much flexibility with scheduling and lastly they offer a wide array of services for consumers.

My esthetician was thorough, kind and set the ambiance for my comfort. She did a great job recommending treatments and products for the issues I was having with my skin. My skins still feels great afterwards.

I love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere

I really appreciate the fact that they acknowledge you and make you feel comfortable. They are easy to talk to and they listen. They are always kind and helpful. This visit was good as far as the massage but the facial was not relaxing. They were doing construction next door and it was very loud. Sounded like they were coming through the wall. It was to bad that the construction couldn’t wait till late afternoon or at night when most of the clients were gone.

Overall positive experience from booking appointment to the actual massage session. Therapist is very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my specific needs and performs in an exceptional manner. I look forward to my appointments each month. Great job to the entire staff.
