I really appreciate the fact that they acknowledge you and make you feel comfortable. They are easy to talk to and they listen. They are always kind and helpful. This visit was good as far as the massage but the facial was not relaxing. They were doing construction next door and it was very loud. Sounded like they were coming through the wall. It was to bad that the construction couldn’t wait till late afternoon or at night when most of the clients were gone.

Overall positive experience from booking appointment to the actual massage session. Therapist is very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my specific needs and performs in an exceptional manner. I look forward to my appointments each month. Great job to the entire staff.

The staff at Hand and Stone Chino Hills is top notch. The receptionists are warm, friendly and always make you feel welcomed. The relaxation process starts right when you enter between the staff and tranquil atmosphere. My favorite thing to do on a Sunday is get a massage from William. It helps end my week and also to get ready to start a new week. Mae has a fantastic Spa and I look forward to continuing to be a member. Do yourself a favor and try out a massage or facial and you won't be disappointed.

I feel very welcomed by the front desk staff. They are very friendly and kind. The massage therapist is the BEST! William is very good at making me feel comfortable and he always provides a great massage. I highly recommend him! I like the fact he is quiet during our sessions and makes me feel welcomed and important. applies just the right amount of pressure not to hard and not to light.. Thank you William..
