I like my service, Jackie is a sweet therapist.

This location is very nice and convenient. I always have a good experience and my massage therapist Selena is the absolute best.

It is always so friendly at Hand and Stone and the esthetician Alaisha is very knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease and comfortable. My comfort and satisfaction is a priority at this location. The only problem I had was the room was too cold. Alaisha did mention it to the front desk and I did too.

Allegra, massage therapist, is awesome. Sorry to hear that Sheryl, facial, is leaving, but I'm sure that it is hard to keep good therapists. I'm a very satisfied customer.

William did an excellent massage as always. He listens to what I say about areas I have concerns and really works to help reduce pain In those areas.

From the receptionist to the massage therapists, they were all friendly and great. Very knowledgeable and professional. I do not think anything could have really been done better. Only felt bad for the front desk reception area workers because they could not block the sun from coming inside during the heatwave.

This was my first time at this location and it was a great experience. My message was wonderful, Erik was fantastic.

Esmerelda is the best. I throughly enjoy my facials. My skin feels fantastic after the treatment and I feel so relaxed.
