My therapist asked questions and then addressed my issues successfully. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It was easy to make my next appointment, the day and time I wanted was available. I only had to wait a few minutes from check-in to going to the massage room.

Love the Himalayan salt stones! It was a little too chilly in the massage room. The background music could be louder.

The front desk staff is so helpful when trying to book an appointment. I usually want facial and massage the same day which can be tricky given availability but the staff is so patient and helpful.

They always have such a relaxing atmosphere and they get you in a relaxed mood. If you have any questions they generally have the answers or they find out for you. The staff is also very pleasant.

Staff are pleasant, helpful and make you feel at ease. Facility is clean, tidy, and calming. Staff answered question regarding the treatment.

My therapist was extremely friendly & polite. She asked about the pressure I liked, the only think I didn't like was i felt she spent along time rubbing my head, although it felt good i would have preferred a little less time in that area to focus somewhere else. Other than that great massage.

Needs to be easier to schedule online.

Allegra is the best. She listens to your needs and gives a massage tailored to those needs. I always leave feeling refreshed.
