I have been a faithful customer for about 5 years. Over the course of that time I was able to redeem points for an extended service or additional service. Now it's going to take three times longer to accumulate points for these upgrades. I will be evaluating the cost of keeping my membership in the next couple of visits as I explore other options on the market. I do love my esthetician, but she is also disheartened by the recent changes in the rewards program. Further more, I was not informed of the change. I would make the suggestion that all loyal customers prior to the rewards changes be grandfathered into the old point system.

All of the staff is super friendly and kind. The facilities are clean and the staff do a great job of providing a calm and relaxing environment. Alexis is a super knowledgeable massage therapist and makes me feel very comfortable.

My facial with Lorena was super relaxing. She has wonderful hands as she massaged my head, neck, shoulders and arms. I highly recommend Lorena.

My esthetician is Alaisha and she is fabulous. Very friendly, personable and highly knowledgeable about skin conditions and products available. I feel very comfortable and assured by her methods of creating the best "skin" for me. I enjoy our conversations and she is always friendly and pleasant to work with. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful in planning my next visit. Jackie is who I see when scheduling a massage. She too is knowledgeable and very kind to work with. My only complaint would be that trying to get an appointment time is often limited, but both of these nice ladies are surely worth the wait.

I enjoy the expertise of my esthetician and she always addresses my concerns. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has taught me how to properly care for my skin on a regular basis. I have learned the proper way to address my personal issues and she has helped me keep it easy. I also like having the right products available for me to purchase and have never experienced this location being out of anything I have needed. I have been coming here consistently for almost 3 years and every experience has been positive. I have had a facial monthly without exception. The staff is always helpful and professional. I am especially appreciative of my esthetician as she has been responsible for my good skin health as I age.
