I felt that I was in the hands of an expert. She answered all my questions. When using new products, she always was asking me how it felt on my skin and checking on me. She didn't want my skin to have a bad reaction to any of the products. I was relaxed and happy with results.

I liked how she took the time and told me what could be done to help my dry skin.
