I Always feel so relax and stress less after my massage! I love that she attended to my needs where i was mostly tense. I also love the fact that they new exactly how to massage the area most effectively

I love Jacky she’s the reason I keep coming back. She does the perfect massage for me. Unhappy with new rewards system though cause I was never asked to redeem point before and I would of used my points towards 2 massages while I could of… now I don’t even have enough rewards for 1

We love Lisa, in my opinion she is the best esthetician. She takes the time to discuss my skins needs and best products to use. My experience at hand and stone is always great.

Timely service and friendly staff. Disappointed with the chairs that were well past needing to be replaced. Leaves the customer questioning where else they are cutting corners. The aesthetics are important in a spa and they send a negative message.

I didn’t get my massage therapist name but she was wonderful. Love the products she used & her pressure. I liked she gave me the option of a warm towel at the end to use if I wanted to remove product. I like to leave it on. She was the first that offered this usually they just wipe it off. I will definitely find out her name and go back to her.

I was asked to provide an area that needed to be worked on more than others, which was my lower back, and I do not believe my massage therapist touched my back more than 30 seconds

I love the ambience and the massage therapists I have had are very caring and I can tell they love their job and taking care of people is their forte.
