Staff was friendly. The ambiance is relaxing. The services are reasonably priced.

Hand and stone reception and massage therapist are very friendly and make me feel very comfortable.

My normal therapist was not available and the front staff matched me with a new therapist that was amazing. All of me specific needs were meet and each team member was overwhelming attentive to myself and other clients.

Esthetician was extremely knowledgeable about my concerns regarding my facial. Was thorough in answering my questions to my skin concerns.

I have had two masseuses over my two separate visits at Hand and Stone. I've found both of them very knowledgeable and compared to my other experiences, both professionals were in the top 10% of all of my past experiences. The front office staff is also very accommodating and considerate when I've had to reschedule.

I like the music very relaxing

Place is clean. Managers May and Assistant Heather are friendly and welcoming. Masseuse is great.

Loved how clean and fresh my skin felt after my facial. Loved trying the growth factor serum . Pls add more services/ additions to the facials .
