Hello I am happy with my services.

I would like your membership service to allow a greater discount on follow up massages within the same month instead of only a $10 discount

I loved my aesthetician. She takes great care of my skin and listens to any concerns that I have. She is always kind and patient and always has such a good positive vibe.

Hand and Stone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The reception area has a great ambiance to it. The facials and massages are relaxing and wonderful. I am extremely happy with the services provided.

I always feel so relaxed after my treatments. Please make it a point to schedule massages BEFORE a facial if scheduling back to back. I had a wonderful facial and felt I lost the benefit afterwards with my face down on the pillow for my massage. My mistake for not taking the advice of the receptionist when the manager told her it was okay to book the facial first. Wont do that again.

The "satisfied" answers instead of "highly satisfied" are not the fault of the spa. The therapist I prefer is simply not available. So I booked her next possible appointment. Delaney is my favorite, but Selena was also very good. She is the third therapist I have had since becoming a member. All were very good, but I really like Delaney.

The aesthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable also made me feel very comfortable.

My esthetician was really friendly. I was so relaxed that I believe I dozed off a couple of time! My skin felt so soft after the treatment.

Not only very friendly and welcoming but also very knowledgeable. I love how its also very soothing in the rooms and I feel very confterable and I didn't have to wait very long time.

I am so happy with alisha - she is amazing! I am so happy she is still at this location. She’s the only reason why I signed up for a membership!
