Online forms were great. I like that it was completed ahead of time, no pens/paper. Waiting room was not crowded, and didn’t wait long anyway. Therapist was professional and friendly. Front ladies were professional and friendly. It was nice to see people smiling.

I haven't had a massage in a very long time and I didn't know what to expect with the changes needed for COVID. I was very comfortable from start to finish. Amber is an excellent masseuse. Not only was I able to relax, Amber was able to relieve pain that I had been experiencing in a couple of areas.

Everyone is very helpful and kind. I felt comfortable during my massage and when I asked questions she was vary knowledgeable. I felt so much better after the wonderful massage.

After so many months of not having services available, I was worried that appointments would be hard to book. I was very pleased at the quick response and availability. Everything was great! I am returning next week.

I have been a member of Hand & Stone Chino Hills for the last couple of years. Although I was so sad when my regular therapist Rosy moved, I was highly satisfied with Amber and the 2 hour massage was just what I needed to relieve the tension!

Everyone at the Chino Hills store is very friendly and accommodating. I was able to book back to back services and use a comfy robe in between rooms. The esthetician and massage therapist both were terrific. It was a wonderful escape for self care.
