I was nervous about coming in due to COVID-19 closures, but upon arriving I felt very assured that I was safe. They have MANY procedures in place to clean and sanitize between every treatment. I felt very SAFE, and would highly recommend to friends and other patrons.

Just love my massage Therapist Linda, she is amazing at what she does! And will highly recommend her to everyone!

The massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable, gentle and had the perfect pressure. I had some tense muscles in my neck and she adjusted accordingly, while letting off the pressure in other areas of my body.

Clients should be able to access their account to make credit card updates, as well as, freezing payments. During the COVID-19 shutdown, Hand and Stone was still taking out membership fees even though I had no access to the services. During COVID-19, all fitness gyms halted all monthly membership fees until services resumed as usual. No options were available to halt such fees during the pandemic with Hand and Stone.

I feel extremely happy with my esthetician, Katoe. She is kind, mild mannered, and above all clean and professional. She is concerned anout the health of my skin and etremely concerned about the comcerns I have about my skin. Katie, definitely helps make my experience a good one.

I like the early appointment times. My esthetician has been a long time employee there and it’s great that I don’t have to be seen by a different esthetician. Continued patronage has a lot to do with continued service by a specific employee.

With all that is going on in our country right now, everyone at the reception desk was calm and put everyone at ease even if we didn't have any concerns. Always pleasant.
